After fifteen years of consumer representation Dusty was appointed a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee in 2005. He also manages the firm's administration matters. Dusty and his wife, Mary Anne, have raised two daughters. He golfs, plays tennis, and is a year round devotee of Notre Dame football.
