David C. Van Gilder
David is a counselor and litigator for individuals and small businesses over a wide range of legal matters. His particular focus is to protect existing natural and cultural areas of value for future generations through land use planning and enforcement of environmental laws. David also represents persons who have been injured at work or through the negligence of others, especially in difficult cases. Ann M. Trzynka
Ann is a native of New Haven, Indiana and currently serves as City Attorney for her hometown. Her practice area is focused on Social Security Disability entitlement cases. She is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant Representatives (NOSSCR) and regularly attends national disability conferences to help her to provide outstanding representation to her clients. Dustin M. Roach
After fifteen years of consumer representation Dusty was appointed a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee in 2005. He also manages the firm's administration matters. Dusty and his wife, Mary Anne, have raised two daughters. He golfs, plays tennis, and is a year round devotee of Notre Dame football.

Michael A. Setlak
Mike, a graduate of Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis, joined Van Gilder & Trzynka in 2002. Mike's primary areas of focus are Family Law (including Dissolution, Custody, Adoption and Guardianships) and Personal Injury matters. Mike has also assisted clients in other areas including Criminal Law, Collections, and other general litigation matters. When Mike is not practicing law, he spends his time as an avid outdoorsman, and spends his time with his wife and two daughters.
