David C. Van Gilder

 
David C. Van Gilder represents persons who have been injured at work or through the negligence of others, especially in difficult cases. He has been litigating cases since 1990 in State and Federal Courts. He has helped individuals obtain long term disability benefits that were initially denied by insurance companies. David also serves as Guardian to many incapacitated Veterans.
A particular focus of his professional and non-profit work is to protect existing natural and cultural resources for future generations through acquisition, land use planning, and enforcement of environmental laws. He serves on numerous environmental and social services boards and is active in the governance and mission of this Church.
David served in the Peace Corps in Botswana from 1986 to 1988. He has been married for 34 years to Faith Van Gilder and has two daughters.

Ann M. Trzynka is a native of New Haven, Indiana and currently serves as City Attorney for her hometown. Her practice area is focused on Social Security Disability entitlement cases. She is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant Representatives (NOSSCR) and regularly attends national disability conferences to help her to provide outstanding representation to her clients. She continues to serve as President of the Allen County Bar Association Social Security Section and has presented continuing legal education seminars regarding Social Security Disability matters.

Lindsay Davenport Solon exclusively practices social security disability and family law. Lindsay graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law and began her practice in Elkhart and St. Joseph counties. In 2014, Lindsay joined Van Gilder & Trzynka, P.C. as an associate attorney. She is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claims Representatives (NOSSCR) and of the Allen County Bar Social Security and Family Law Sections. In her free time, Lindsay enjoys volunteering at the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic, teaching at Trine University, and practicing yoga.

After fifteen years of consumer representation Dustin Michael Roach was appointed a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee in 2005. He has been the Firm Administrator since 1998.
Dusty and his wife, Mary Anne, have raised two daughters. He golfs, gardens, and studies year round for Saturdays in Notre Dame Stadium.
